Job Title: SupervisorAs a Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a critical role in the success of your store. You will make important decisions that directly impact the success of your store every day, and continuously develop and empower your Team Members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Retail Team Members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Make decisions that impact store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- A comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure your success in your role.
