  • Train Staff in Job Duties: Train our staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure that we have enough stock to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, providing our customers with a positive experience.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are able to track our performance and make informed decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure that they are informed of our performance and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses: Not required
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility
