Rogers Communications is seeking an exceptional Manager, Marketing Automation to lead our digital marketing efforts. Located in Toronto, Ontario, this role offers a competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per year.

About the Role

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our email marketing strategy using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. With a focus on customer segmentation and targeting, you will create personalized email experiences that drive business results.

You will work closely with our Trade Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Sales teams to understand customer acquisition goals and develop targeted campaigns. Your expertise in email deliverability best practices, A/B testing, and conversion optimization will ensure our email programs are effective and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage our email marketing strategy using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer acquisition goals and develop targeted campaigns
  • Design and implement lead gen features and functionality to drive email list growth
  • Establish and enforce email deployment cadence rules and restrictions across teams
  • Drive ongoing improvement of all KPIs: open rate, deliverability, click rate, opt-out rate, conversion rate, revenue, and specific business goals
Requirements
  • Proven operational experience developing, launching, and managing a robust email marketing or marketing automation program
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey builder, audience builder, automation studio, etc.
  • Proficiency in CSS/HTML as it applies to responsive email design with dynamic content
  • Ability to envision intricate customer journeys/drip campaigns
