As a member of the healthcare team, you will promote health and healing, and provide education to achieve optimum care for clients/patients/residents in all phases of healthcare. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to clients/patients/residents in a general medical nursing unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate clients/patients/residents and their families on health and wellness
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a Practical Nursing diploma
- Valid driver's license, where required
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to work independently
