Pump Attendant

At Federated Co-operatives Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a FT Pump Attendant.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Be dependable and responsible for all scheduled shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of the gas bar.
- Perform exterior and interior housekeeping and maintenance duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Order, receive, price, and display merchandise as directed by the station manager, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
- Operate the StorePoint Terminal as assigned by the manager or GB Clerk, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, ensuring the gas bar is secure and ready for the next shift.
- Must be strongly service-oriented and motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be well organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision, achieving high levels of production and efficiency.
- Experience and knowledge in automotive care and maintenance is an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
- Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
