Clinical Nurse Specialist

Overview: beBee Professionals is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide quality nursing care to patients in various settings.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 CAD, depending on experience.
Job Description: As an RPN, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients' vital signs, and reporting any changes in condition. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, provide education and support to patients and their families, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a valid RPN license in Canada, completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program, and previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
