We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 4K Custom Kitchen Cabinets Ltd.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on 32 hours per week.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment. They will also administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.

In addition, they will coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. The ideal candidate will also assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must have excellent written communication skills, be organized, and able to multitask. They should also have time management skills and be a team player. Additionally, they should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and have attention to detail.

The required skills include electronic mail, social media, spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint. A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience are required for this role.
