About the Role

This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating dishwashers, washing dishes, glassware, and flatware; stocking refrigerators and salad bars; cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area; receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies; removing garbage and trash; and preparing vegetables and fruit for service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as required.
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars with necessary supplies.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in designated areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
Working Conditions

The Kitchen Team Member will work in a dynamic kitchen environment, interacting with colleagues and management. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 per year, depending on experience. This amount is based on industry standards and the cost of living in our location.
