Telemarketing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to join our Wealth Management team at National Bank. In this role, you will play a crucial part in reaching out to potential clients, promoting our financial services, and scheduling consultations for our advisors.

• Outbound Calls: Conduct high-quality outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our wealth management services and assess their financial needs.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our financial advisors with qualified prospects, ensuring all relevant information is communicated clearly.
• Script Adherence: Follow a structured script while maintaining a personable approach to engage prospects and handle objections effectively.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
• Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports on call outcomes, lead quality, and appointment metrics to the management team.
