CBI Health Group is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Home and Community Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their own homes, providing personalized speech therapy services.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for assessing and implementing SLP interventions, including swallowing assessments, dysphagia management, communication, etc., in a home-based setting.
  • You will use a collaborative and interdisciplinary team-based approach to care and services.
  • You will support a holistic and restorative approach to care, including enhanced stroke pathway.
  • You will leverage digital health platforms to support care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention.

Requirements

  • You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  • You have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
  • You are passionate about delivering person-centered care.
  • You are comfortable working in an interdisciplinary team environment.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can think critically in various situations.
