About the Role

Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and affinity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Digital Marketing Team: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a marketing strategy that aligns with corporate priorities and drives business growth.
  • Optimize Digital Channels: Oversee all aspects of campaign planning, digital optimization, and channel results across all product lines.
  • Champion Customer Experience: Ensure the digital experience is exceptional, creating a seamless and engaging experience for customers.
  • Drive Business Growth: Analyze customer, industry, and market trends to establish long-term digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Measure and Optimize: Leverage data and marketing analytics to optimize campaigns and communicate results to senior management.
  • Define Online Marketing Efforts: Define and orchestrate online marketing, acquisition, and campaign efforts across all marketing channels.
  • Create Targeted Content: Create targeted content and demand generation across all product and business lines.
  • Establish Succession Plans: Establish and maintain succession plans for all positions within the marketing organization.

  • Preferred Experience / Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of driving highly effective multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Commercial Orientation: Strong commercial orientation with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Superior communication and people management skills.
  • Consumer Understanding: Proven ability to understand consumer needs and translate learnings into marketing initiatives.
