- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
- Provide customer service and support to internal and external clients
- Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
