We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ABHAY TRUCKING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including maintaining office supplies, managing inventory, and performing data entry.
  • Communication: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and compile data, statistics, and other information to support our team's decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

This is a permanent, full-time position with 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in English and have a basic security clearance.
