Retail Sales Route Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Route Supervisor to join our team at DESI MANDI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the daily operations of our retail business.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
- Operations Management: Authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and establish work schedules.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Work Setting: Retail business with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle heavy loads, work under pressure, and stand for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
