The Sales Advisor Role


As a Sales Advisor at Hopewell, you will be the first point of contact for future homeowners, introducing them to our sales teams and making their Hopewell experience unforgettable. You will greet clients, answer basic questions, redirect inquiries to Area Sales Managers, and maintain the show home's excellent condition.



Key Responsibilities



  • Welcome clients warmly and assist with inquiries
  • Redirect complex questions to Area Sales Managers
  • Ensure the show home is clean and tidy
  • Answer phone calls and record inquiries accurately


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Licensed driver preferred for neighborhood travel
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Compensation and Benefits


This part-time position offers an estimated annual salary of $28,000 - $35,000, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Sales Advisor, you will have a flexible schedule with late afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Reliable transportation is essential for occasional rotations between communities.
