Job Title: Construction Laborer - General Helper

At Best Standard Construction Ltd., we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 hours per week. You will be responsible for assisting our experienced tradespeople with various tasks related to construction, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and assisting with demolition.

The ideal candidate will have no formal education requirements, but must be willing to learn and train on the job. You should be physically fit, as this role requires regular lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a comprehensive training program and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You must be able to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and withstand extreme temperatures.
