About the Role

MIGHTYRIDES SERVICES INC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and disinfect floors, surfaces, and equipment
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change linens
  • Stock and maintain linen closets and supply rooms
  • Assist with laundry and linen services
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. Public transportation is available.
