The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, business, and administration, with a proven track record of allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
