Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10335509 CANADA INC.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Inventory and Stock: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent exposure to customers and staff. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle heavy loads.
