Job Title: Construction Project Manager

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform decision-making and drive business growth
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
