Job Summary:

Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snow Removal Team Lead to join our team in Mississauga, Oakville, and Burlington. As a key member of our winter operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members in clearing snow and ice from commercial, institutional, and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of crew members in snow clearing and de-icing operations
  • Direct and supervise team members to ensure efficient and safe completion of tasks
  • Operate snow blowers and other hand tools to clear snow from paved surfaces
  • Perform equipment maintenance, including inspections, fueling, and ensuring safe operation
  • Lift and spread de-icing products (up to 50+ pounds)

Requirements:

  • Full Ontario G license required (driver's abstract required)
  • 1 year experience as a crew lead in snow removal
  • Cell phone with data required
  • Preference given to candidates with experience using sidewalk tractors or snowrators

About Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services:

We offer safe, well-maintained equipment, experienced leaders and managers, and direct deposit. All part-time positions are on-call and dependent upon winter weather. Shifts will be for accumulating or anticipated snow and ice events, clean up events, or freeze and thaw events. Many shifts are overnight hours. Applicants must be available and committed to work on very short notice, at all times of the day and night, as dictated by the weather and operational response requirements.
