Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and comp sales goals

Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
  • Leadership skills, with a focus on communication, recruiting, operations, and development
  • Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop team members
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a degree a plus
  • Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes of merchandise
