Key Responsibilities

- Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules
- Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback
- Run sales reports and use data to inform strategy
- Merchandise the store in a compelling way, leveraging planograms and launching promotions on time
- Develop a high-performing team with a customer-focused approach
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Leadership skills, with a focus on communication, recruiting, operations, and development
- Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop team members
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a degree a plus
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes of merchandise
