Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Child and Youth Development Specialist to join our team at COGNITIA Healthcare Technologies Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to children and youth, assessing their skill strengths and development needs, and implementing behavior management programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Key Tasks:
    • Prepare reports or case histories to document client progress and development.
    • Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the program.
    • Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs to inform program planning and delivery.
    • Implement behavior management programs to support client behavior change.
    • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs to ensure high-quality services.
    • Manage knowledge and stay up-to-date with best practices in the field.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position with English as the primary work language.
