Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Jiemeng Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, providing information and services to employees, and coordinating the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the company's operational needs are met.
  • Employee Support: Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counseling, to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Recruitment: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Selection and Examination Boards: Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Job Offers and Onboarding: Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Staffing Policies and Procedures: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
  • Staff Training and Development: Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Personnel Administration: Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties, ensuring accurate and efficient administrative support.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
