Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to lead business process improvement and technology projects, developing implementation strategies that encourage engagement and change adoption to ensure successful business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile, interpret, and analyze business processes, requirements, and recommendations to determine optimal deployment strategies.
  • Develop change management strategies based on situational awareness of business process or technology improvements and the groups being impacted.
  • Develop and implement actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication plans, sponsor implementation roadmaps, coaching plans, and training plans, to support business improvement initiatives.
  • Lead or participate in project teams implementing approved solutions, using influencing and communication skills to minimize disruption caused by change.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate change management activities into overall project plans, working with all staff levels to investigate business activities, exchange information, and coordinate project activities.
  • Influence objectives and methods of business offices throughout the organization, recommending improvements to business processes and functions, and changes to business procedures and policies.
  • Facilitate the adoption of new or improved cross-functional processes and procedures to realize cost efficiencies, improved customer service, streamline work methods, and reduce errors.
Requirements
  • Completion of a degree in business administration or a related discipline, or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed equivalent.
  • Demonstrated years of experience in leading large-scale change initiatives, including building a team's capacity to become high performing, technology projects, business process re-engineering, and other organizational initiatives.
  • Demonstrated years of experience in planning and implementing work plans and tactics for communication and engagement, leadership coaching, and knowledge and skill development.
  • Change Management or Project Management certifications are considered an asset.
  • Ability to manage and minimize disruption caused by business transformation.
  • Quantitative and analytical skills, including developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators for Change Management initiatives.
