Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

MILLENNIAL EVENTS is seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for acting as a spokesperson for the organization, advising clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies, and assisting in the preparation of various marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a spokesperson for the organization and respond to inquiries from clients and the public.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the organization's products and services.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions.
  • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys.
  • Gather and research communications material.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with the media.
  • Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions.
  • Prepare sports, literary, performance, or other contracts.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Large workload.
  • Client focus.
  • Team player.
  • Green job.
