Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Budget Blinds. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement. Manage inventory levels and ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing cash handling, inventory control, and store appearance.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
