We are seeking a reliable Housekeeping and Maintenance Professional to join our team at Dynamic NeuroRehab. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week. As a Housekeeping and Maintenance Professional, you will be expected to:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment;
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a tidy appearance;
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and dust;
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs;
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a sterile environment;
  • Handle and report lost and found items in a timely manner;
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items as needed;
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers regularly;
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.

As a Housekeeping and Maintenance Professional, you must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and we require someone who can prioritize tasks effectively and manage their time well.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • No degree, certificate or diploma; however, relevant experience is essential;
  • A willingness to train and learn new skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the role.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment with variable temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands. You must be comfortable working on your feet for long periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. You will also need to be able to work in confined spaces and navigate stairs if required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
