Job Description

This is a permanent full-time position with 35-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establishing Methods to Meet Work Schedules

The ideal candidate will have experience in establishing efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Supervising and Coordinating Activities of Staff

You will supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Training Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures

The successful candidate will train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and the importance of maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Estimating Ingredients and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation

You will estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.

Ensuring Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards

The successful candidate will ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, consistently delivering high-quality meals to our customers.

Maintaining Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage

You will maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our business operations.

Preparing and Submitting Reports

The successful candidate will prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and success.

Establishing Work Schedules

You will establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that they are well-planned and effective.
