About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Babylon Chain. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in shaping our marketing strategy and executing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives
  • Manage the marketing budget and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution
  • Collaborate with our content lead to create compelling content that showcases our vision and values
  • Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including coordination of sponsorships, speaking engagements, public relations, and promotional materials
  • Partner with our designer to develop effective marketing materials tailored for each event
  • Coordinate campaigns across marketing, business development, and developer teams to ensure project alignment with company goals
  • Manage social media strategy and execution, with Babylon social media specialist
  • Develop and use performance metrics to assess the impact of marketing efforts and guide decisions for optimizing campaigns and maximizing ROI
Requirements
  • 4+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally within the Web3 industry
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to building and nurturing technical communities
  • Firm grasp of all aspects of Web3 marketing
  • Excellent understanding of go-to-market strategies for a blockchain project
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-growing early-stage marketing team
