Lifemark - Feit Physiotherapy - Sydney Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer telephone calls and greet patients and visitors upon arrival
- Coordinate patient intake and scheduling of appointments
- Assist patients with completing paperwork and collecting payment
- Track coverage for all funding streams and complete data entry and billing
- Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills in a busy and fast-paced work environment
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer savvy and data entry skills in a physiotherapy clinic setting
