Accommodation Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at Econo Lodge City Center Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and regulations.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient hotel operations.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and services.
- Customer Relations: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve hotel operations.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
