Medical Imaging Solutions Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Solutions Sales Specialist to join our team at Christie Innomed Inc. As a key member of our Health IT Solutions division, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our digital pathology solutions in Enterprise Imaging distributed across Canada.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pathology and health informatics, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and collaborating closely with our sales team to achieve sales quotas and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve established sales and revenue goals for designated territories in Canada.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to produce monthly forecasts and conduct product profitability analyses.
- Participate in evaluations of requests for proposals and submissions for requests for information in collaboration with the Sales Team members.
- Coordinate sales site visits, client presentations, and demonstrations.
- Organize annual road sales for our products in each relevant region, with the participation of Product Managers and Specialists, as needed.
- Participate in various local, national, and international conferences and seminars.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports as requested by the Sales Director.
Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Completed training in biomedical analysis technology.
- In-depth training in healthcare informatics.
- Experience in a customer service or technical sales role.
- Strong knowledge and skills in pathology and health informatics, as well as the ecosystem and stakeholders in pathology in Canada.
- Valid driver's license and passport.
Specific Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Member of the Professional Order of Medical Technologists of Quebec or equivalent at the Canadian/international level (an asset).
- Excellent presentation skills, both in content development and in delivering messages to senior executives.
- Established and successful sales skills.
- Demonstrated success in building/maintaining strong relationships with a high level of integrity and respect in the field.
