Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Timekeeping Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at PHSA. This role is responsible for providing effective clerical support to clinical teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our timekeeping processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter timekeeping information into the Scheduling & Timekeeping system, checking for accuracy and completeness, and updating data as required.
  • Process transaction forms and apply applicable codes in the scheduling & timekeeping system.
  • Resolve problems identified during daily data edit routines by investigating time entries, completing coding adjustments to correct errors or omissions, and totaling hours.
  • Support payroll processes by performing routine calculations and completing documentation for approval.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 and two years' recent related experience supplemented by completion of a recognized payroll course or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Ability to keyboard at 45 wpm.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to deal with others effectively.
