Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and interviews to understand clients' mental health issues.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions.

  • Provide crisis intervention as needed.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Counseling Psychology or a related field; licensure required.
  • Experience in counseling or mental health settings.
  • Strong communication and empathetic skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on the average salary for Mental Health Counselors in British Columbia, Canada.
