We are a leading freight trucking company seeking an Executive Office Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

The Executive Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and helping us achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
    • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Office Operations
    • Assist with the planning and coordination of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Help maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Record Management
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Communication
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets.
Requirements:
  • Education:
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Work Experience:
    • Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Computer Skills:
    • Familiarity with electronic mail, electronic scheduler, spreadsheet, inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word is required.
  • Physical Capabilities:
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and have strong attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
