Job Title: ORAT Functional Lead, Aviation Specialist

Job Summary:

Parsons is seeking an experienced ORAT Functional Lead, Aviation Specialist to join our Critical Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large and complex programs, leading stakeholder relationships, and providing management-level reporting to enable effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage stakeholders and establish their respective ORAT workstream and working groups.
  2. Develop the respective Workstream plan in line with the ORAT program and in close collaboration with stakeholder SPOC's.
  3. Identify dependencies, key status, and review milestones in line with the ORAT countdown schedule.
  4. Manage the resolution of all Workstream-related issues, identify and escalate any threats to the overall ORAT program to the ORAT Lead.
  5. Coach, mentor, and support the career development of staff.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing/leading large and complex programs.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position.
  3. Strong organization and communication skills.
  4. Previous experience in ORAT programs is a must.
  5. Ability to analyze and produce solutions to ORAT challenges in respective workstreams.
  6. Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing management-level reporting to enable effective decision-making.
  7. Thorough understanding of the aviation industry and more specifically, a good understanding of wholistic airport operations is considered an asset.
  8. ORAT experience in large international airport projects greater than CAD $500M is an asset.
