About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our Technology Consulting practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to grow and develop a team of consultants, driving success and delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

As Senior Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects, managing teams, and establishing best practices across the practice. Your expertise in ERP implementation, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or F&O, will be invaluable in driving growth and innovation within the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and partners. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate new leads, proposals, and demos for prospects, and lead pre-sales activities.

This is a full-time position based in Vancouver or Abbotsford, with some travel required (approximately 10-15%). We offer a competitive salary: $200,000 - $250,000 OTE with variable upside, plus stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including extended health & dental benefits, flexible remote work schedule, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of System Implementation projects for clients, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop a team of consultants, providing mentorship, training, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Establish and maintain best practices, standards, and methodologies for implementation, and ensure compliance across the practice.
  • Stay updated with the latest product features, industry trends, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team and clients.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate new leads, proposals, and demos for prospects, and lead pre-sales activities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years experience working in ERP implementation, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or F&O.
  • 8+ years experience leading and managing teams of consultants, and delivering complex projects on time and budgets.
  • Experience working within a professional services environment and/or industrial sector clients and companies.
  • Strong project management and organization skills, and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills with an impeccable attention to detail.
