Job Summary

AWCSIT CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Office Operations: Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to staff, including setting up and maintaining computerized information filing systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as attention to detail and organizational skills.
