Job Overview:
At Diana Distribution Center Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, ensuring adequate stock levels, negotiating prices and transportation arrangements, and purchasing merchandise for resale in our wholesale establishment.

Salary Range:
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers to source high-quality products.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels by analyzing sales trends and forecasting demand.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, including prices, discounts, and credit agreements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.


Work Environment:
This role requires a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail is essential in ensuring accurate orders and minimizing errors.

Required Skills:
