We are seeking a skilled Management Associate to join our team at Freshii. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing staff and assigning duties. Your expertise in market research and trends will help determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.

Responsibilities
  • Manage staff and assign duties effectively to ensure optimal store performance.
  • Study market research and trends to make informed decisions about merchandise and services.
  • Determine product offerings and implement pricing strategies that drive sales growth.
  • Cultivate relationships with suppliers to procure high-quality merchandise.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that engage customers and promote brand awareness.
  • Oversee daily operations, including budget planning and revenue monitoring.
  • Maintain a fast-paced work environment by leading a team of 1-2 people and ensuring seamless communication among staff members.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and making strategic decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and adjust store operations accordingly.
  • Proficiency in electronic mail and basic computer software.
  • Familiarity with working in a fast-paced retail environment, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Absorbent attitude, adaptability, efficiency, integrity, positive attitude, quick learning skills, time management skills and teamwork capabilities.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
