We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Paradigm Auto Services. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires 30 hours of work per week.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and fabricating metal parts and products using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment. You will also read and interpret blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes to ensure accurate assembly.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to handle heavy loads in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble and fabricate metal parts and products using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production deadlines and achieve quality standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in fabrication or a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
