We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Lifestyle Home Staging. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing training and development strategies, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing training and development strategies, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, and order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Client Focus: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong administrative background.
