Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of medications and pharmaceutical products.
- Order and receive supplies and equipment in a timely manner.
- Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products as needed.
- Assist pharmacists with tasks such as entering client information into databases and maintaining prescription records.
- Help with scheduling and workflow to ensure efficient operation of the pharmacy.
- Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Bill third-party insurers for services rendered.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Work Environment: Our pharmacy is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
