Job Summary

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for optimizing logistics and operations to support our mission of closing the loop in the materials lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing efficient route planning and optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve service quality.
• Overseeing vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with safety standards.
• Leveraging technology to streamline logistics processes, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
• Negotiating favorable terms with suppliers and managing supply chain relationships effectively.
• Identifying and evaluating opportunities to improve operational performance, including CAPEX and OPEX initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and logistics, with a proven track record of process improvement and team leadership.
• A valid G License with a clean driving record.
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to adopt and utilize technology and software to optimize operations.
