BAVIERA INVESTMENTS INC. is currently seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position with an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and the location.

About the Role

This key role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality food standards. As a Restaurant Assistant Manager at BAVIERA INVESTMENTS INC., you will be responsible for implementing operational procedures, organizing inventory, negotiating with suppliers, addressing customer complaints, and planning daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring efficient stock management and minimizing waste
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, securing the best possible deals for the company
  • Address customers' concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant
Supervision and Work Environment

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will supervise a team of 5-10 employees, guiding them to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment. The role requires working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, often involving long hours and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with a strong emphasis on hospitality or a related field
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
