We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative. In this role, you will be our main interface with our clients, working directly with other team members to improve our services and the member experience.


As a Customer Experience Specialist at Fed, you will have the opportunity to grow within the company as we plan to expand quickly to more cities. You will be responsible for dealing with member support issues, leading efforts to get continuous feedback from members on services, reporting to our core team about customer feedback, helping implement changes to improve services, organizing and delivering Fed products to members, maintaining a strong ongoing relationship with members, and responding to their questions and comments across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Member Support: Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Service Improvement: Lead efforts to gather feedback from members on our services and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to our core team on customer feedback and satisfaction.
  • Product Delivery: Organize and deliver Fed products to members on a regular basis.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain a strong ongoing relationship with members through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Social Media Presence: Contribute to our Social Media presence by creating engaging content and interacting with members online.

Requirements:



  • Interest in food and nutrition, user experience, tech, and people.
  • A class 5 drivers' license; responsible driver.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Digital native: comfortable with technology.
  • Great organization skills, detail oriented, and an excellent problem solver.
  • Personable and friendly, able to multi-task and work in a team environment.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
