Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Strategist to join our team at Gracious Hardwood Flooring.

As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and designing and managing investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the financial health of the company.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement effective policies and procedures to guide financial decision-making.
  • Investment Strategies: Design and manage investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
  • Financial Control Systems: Monitor and maintain accurate financial control systems to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure timely payments and optimal terms.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management.
  • Advisory Role: Advise senior management on financial matters to ensure informed decision-making.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all financial matters.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and industry standards.
