Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Cost Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Cost Management team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with finance and technical teams to provide insights on our online services that enhance the game experience.

About the Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with finance and technical teams to forecast infrastructure spend, build queries, and analyze data to support cost modeling, chargebacks, and cost allocations.
  • Tracking and reporting important insights to partners and leadership on our infrastructure spend.
  • Forecasting infrastructure costs, building queries, and analyzing data to support forecasting, cost modeling, chargebacks, and showing important insights into infrastructure cost drivers.
  • Influencing and supporting strategic decision-making; modeling business scenarios and providing deep insights into data and complex problems or situations using appropriate methodologies and performance metrics.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in related fields.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure costs, workload usage/consumption patterns on cloud, including an understanding of cloud providers, platforms, and configurations (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with data visualization software packages, e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Familiarity with SQL and similar database tools for querying complex data sets.
  • A B.A./B.S. in STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering Sciences.
