Upholstery Craftsman

We are seeking an experienced Upholstery Craftsman to join our team at Ameublement Elran. As a key member of our furniture manufacturing company, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality upholstery products that meet our established standards.

• Replace worn-out webbing, springs, and other furniture parts with precision and attention to detail.
• Lay out, cut, fabricate, and install upholstery with efficiency and skill.
• Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions to ensure accurate execution.
• Perform laboring and elemental activities as required to support the production process.
• Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience is essential.
• A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in upholstery is necessary.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination are crucial for success in this role.
• You should be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking positions throughout the day.
